Alex Kouvelas has been in the residential real estate industry for over 10 years. Her industry knowledge, attention to detail, communication skills, and passion for all things real estate helps her clients find their perfect home. Alex knows how to navigate the intricacies and challenges of the home buying and selling process, and always provides her clients with both excellent representation and peace of mind. Alex holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Finance from California State University Chico and studied interior design for two years. Her passion for architecture, along with her natural eye for design, allows her to envision a home’s potential that ultimately helps clients bring out the best in their home. In her free time, Alex enjoys playing tennis, working out at Orangetheory Fitness, wine tasting in the Santa Ynez Valley, and spending time with her husband, son, dog, family, and friends.
